Curators360 ("we", "us") creates 360° virtual tours for businesses. This policy explains what information we handle when you visit curators360.com, contact us, or work with us, and how we use it.

- When you contact us on WhatsApp or by phone: your name, phone number, business name, location and anything you choose to tell us about your project.
- When you book a tour: the details we need to plan, shoot, invoice and deliver it, such as your business address, contact person and billing details.
- When you browse this website: our hosting provider automatically records standard technical information, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit. This website does not use contact forms, and we do not ask you to create an account.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote.
- To plan, shoot, build, publish and support your virtual tour.
- To send invoices and keep business records.
- To keep this website running securely and understand how it is used.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Photography at your premises
Virtual tours are 360° images of your space. We schedule shoots with you and aim to capture your premises without identifiable customers or staff. If a person can be recognised in a published tour and wants to be blurred or removed, contact us and we will update the tour.
With your permission, we may show your finished tour on our website and social media as an example of our work. You can ask us to stop at any time.

We use trusted third-party services to run this website and deliver tours. They process information only as needed to provide their service:
- Vercel, which hosts this website.
- Google Fonts and Cloudflare (cdnjs), which deliver fonts and code used to display this website.
- Virtual tour hosting platforms, such as CloudPano, which host the tours we build.
- Google Business Profile, where tours are published if you choose that service.
- WhatsApp, when you message us.
Cookies
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. If we add privacy-friendly analytics in the future to understand visitor numbers, we will update this policy.
How long we keep information
We keep enquiry messages for as long as they are useful for following up, and project and billing records for as long as we need them for business and tax purposes.
